Commercial Snow Plowing Contract:
Conditions:
*We will plow when snowfall accumulations are between two to four inches at our discretion unless contacted by customer.
*Contractor agrees to be onsite at customer's property to remove fresh snow within four hours after the end of a snowfall.
*Ongoing storms may require more than one visit (no more than two in a twenty-four hour period) to remove all snow.
*If snow fall exceeds four inches in a single snowfall, our ability to keep up with snow removal may be exceeded or impeeded until the snowfall has stopped.
*For safety reasons, snow plows will not approach any closer than eighteen inches from buildings, vehicles, garage doors, hard landscaping, mailboxes, stairs and fences.
*Contractor will not be liable for damage to landscaping, landscape lighting, sprinkler heads, fencing, fixtures, plants or other items which are hidden by snow accumulation, or any damage from snow or snow removal equipment coming into contact with pavement and or other surfaces.
*Contractor reserves the right to refuse to provide services due to inaccessibility to customer's property (driveway, street blocked by vehicles, workers, etc.)
Customer's responsibility:
*The customer is responsible for removing any items from the areas in which the contractor will be working. The contractor is not liable for damage to any items not removed.
*Vehicles need to be removed before contractor arrives. If parked vehicles impede snow removal operations, contractor will remove the snow around them to the best of it's ability.
Stakes/ Markers:
*Plow stakes/ markers will be installed in november as needed.
*We will come around in April to collect our stakes.
*It is the customer's responsibilty to maintain stakes. There will be a $2.50 charge for each stake not returned in the spring.
