Weekly Lawn Maintenance Program

Lawn Mowing (weekly):

All grass to be maintained at 2 ½ to 3 ½ inches

Mowing heights will be adjusted as conditions dictate
     
Mowing patterns and equipment will be employed to permit recycling of grass clippings
       
Paper and other debris will be cleaned off all lawn areas during service

String Trimming (weekly):

   
String trimming will be performed around all obstacles and along edges of beds, sidewalks, curbs and drives
       
Trimming behind air conditioners, around wires, and within enclosed patios is not included
       
We are not responsible for string trimmer damage which may occur to non-mulched trees/shrubs

Mechanical Edging (as needed):

  
This service is performed along all walks and drives as the terrain allows
       
Power edgers and string trimmers will be used

Blowing (weekly):

All yard debris will be blown off of all non-turf surfaces (Sidewalks, Driveway, Etc.)

Our mowers are 61" wide. If your yard in fenced in, your gate must be able to accommodate our equipment.

We prefer weekly service for our lawn maintenance (grass cutting) customers during summer mowing season (Apr-Nov).
If a week arrives when you do not want your lawn cut due to non-growth, too dry or too wet conditions etc., please contact our office prior to your normally scheduled cutting day.
There will be no charge for skipping a service as long as we are notified ahead of time (before we send a crew to your property).
